IPPUDO Ramen has expanded its business in Indonesia by opening its first outlet outside Jakarta at Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, East Java. The new outlet has started its operation today on 8 August 2023.

"The mainstay menu is of course ramen. But number one is the original Shiromaru Ramen and is still the best seller. There is a choice of Chicken Ramen prepared by our Japanese chef specifically for the Indonesian market," said Director of IPPUDO Indonesia, Amanda Sihombing.

There are certain ingredients that are specially imported from IPPUDO Japan to Indonesia, that's what differentiates IPPUDO from other ramen. Our restaurant is not franchise, but a genuine branch of Japan in Indonesia.Our Ramen maintain its authentic Japanese, the taste is not much adjusted and is made as closely as possible to those sold at IPPUDO Japan.
